The release of this book coincided with the exhibition and performance ‘S.P.A.M. OFFICE’ of Pieterjan Ginckels,
at ANDOR gallery, London, January - March 2013.
Cologne gallerist Jörg Kohnen-May worked for six weeks in Pieterjan Ginckels’ installation and performance project called S.P.A.M. OFFICE. As a S.P.A.M. Officer, Jörg was in charge of the one-man branch set up in his gallery space and basement, and performed ubiquitous office tasks as printing, proofreading, labeling and archiving spam emails. He also kept a diary.
